   • I lead the enterprise architecture of Customer 360/CDP over core banking, SAP, CRM and BigQuery.
   • I define reference architectures and reusable archetypes for generative AI, RAG and agentic systems in regulated environments.
   • I set security, scalability, observability and governance guidelines for AI platforms and initiatives.
2. 2023 — 2025

   Deputy Director of IT Architecture

   Bineo · Mexico City

   • I designed the architecture of every credit card feature, from business definition to handing it over to development teams for detailed design and implementation, including transactions and statement architecture.
   • I designed the CDP architecture to centralize customer data and enable omnichannel capabilities.
   • I led enterprise vendor evaluations on scalability, security, compliance and cost.
3. 2022 — 2023

   IT Architect

   El Puerto de Liverpool · Mexico City

   • I designed enterprise architectures for logistics, HR, administration and finance.
   • I drove the cloud migration to GCP, which was partially completed.
   • I restructured tightly coupled systems toward scalable, maintainable architectures, and designed CDP platforms to harmonize customer data.
4. 2019 — 2021

   Java Developer

   • Part of the development team for Click Ink, a digital handwritten-signature platform, built with Java, Node.js, Angular and Swift.
   • I built APIs and dashboards, and integrated document certification providers.
   • I designed cloud solutions on AWS and GCP with automated testing and agile engineering practices.

   Developer and systems administrator

   • Development of projects and of the Lucius tax-search service.
   • I administered backups with Bareos and Xendata on magnetic tape.
   • I automated SFTP flows and information processing with Bash and external integrations.
